Real American Douche Bag: Senator Edward Kennedy

Senator Edward M Kennedy

This douche bag of the week (or I should say of the year as much as this idiot keeps f**king up) is Senator Edward M. Kennedy. Why you ask? Because Kennedy and Senator Miller are the two geniuses responsible for screwing up student loans for college students nation wide.

The bill they wrote and scammed passed Congress last year took affect starting Oct. 2007 and since then the student loan industry has been going down hill. Over 50 big lenders like Sallie Mae, NextStudent, Bank of America, Nelnet, etc. have cut back on their federal lending causing students headaches when trying to find federal student loans to pay for college. Most college kids are now getting a cold shoulder from their schools FAO when applying for federal loans, leaving students clueless and turning to private student loans which offer higher interest rates and no federal benefits.

Due to this UBER eff up on Kennedy and Miller’s part, the dynamic duo have now written up a new bill trying to look like heroes in a serious time of need. This new bill is just a simple cover up for the shitty bill they wrote last year that cut subsidies to FFELP lenders causing this lending mess.

Unfortunately, the new bill still does not fix all the issues in the student loan industry right now and will still make it tough for college kids to find federal loans for school. So if you are having trouble finding money for college right now, thank Kennedy.

Because of this I have made Senator Edward Kennedy DOUCHE BAG of the WEEK!

As I’m constantly reminded by Captain Thundercock about the power of blogs I do forget sometimes. I was reminded again however when a buddy of mine asked me for help knocking down an inaccurate post in ”the Google” that was making a company he was working with look bad.

The inaccurate post was ranking for a certain key phrase that may have been seen by a potential client and could possibly effect their business. So, after my buddy’s failed attempt at trying to get in contact with the site owner of the inaccurate post, I informed him about rounding up some bloggers to write posts related to this key phrase (wasn’t very competitive).

He rounded up a few in-house bloggers and they all posted. Making their posts hella relevant and professional, I told him to then cross link the blogs via the key phrase and “BAM!” They were able to drop the inaccurate post out of the top three pages.

It only took about an hour or so and all the posts showed up in ”The Google”. They now dominate the first 2 pages of this certain key phrase with the blog posts they all wrote.

Pretty insane how fast a blog post can dominate in “the Google”.
