Not so much tv ad related mind ,this has cleared up my thoughts on it. I think the changes have effected a lot of different industries that would not expect. I'm a in house for a very niche medical recruitment company and now the new scientist is ranking above my site. I have to say I'm quite devastated. I don't think this is just about TV but general heavy branding. I'm never going have the budget be number 2 again it seems! I’ve been noticing this myself over the last 3 months. Not so much tv ad related mind ,this has cleared up my thoughts on it.

It also completely changes the marketplace for content publishers who at this time are able to make a full time income from traffic received through organic search rankings. I wonder how many affiliate marketers and content publishers will start consolidating their online real estate under flagship "Network Brands" just to stay afloat?
